Rajasthan Staff Selection Board(RSSB) recruits various candidates for the post of Informatics Assistant(IA) to provide technical support on administration and operation of Rajasthan state various ministries along with handling communications between various offices time to time checking of hardware as well as softwares or systems and technologies used by government offices.

The Exam is likely to be conducted in the month of July 2023.

Form Filling starts from 27 January 2023 to 25 February 2023.

RSSB has announced the recruitment of 2730 vacancies for the post of Informatics Assistant (IA) this year.

RSSB Informatics Assistant Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria

The candidates must possess any of the following qualification to be eligible for the Informatic Assistant (IA) recruitment process:

1	Graduate or a higher full time degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/Computer Applications/Computer Science & engineering/Electronics/Electronics & Communication/ Information Technology from a reputed university
2	Full time post Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Applications or 3 years diploma in Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Applications/Information Technology from a reputed university
3	Graduate from a reputed university with Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science/Computer Applications
4	Graduates from a reputed university with “O” or higher level certificate course assigned by “National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIEIT)/ DOEACC” under the control of the Department of Electronics, Government of India.
5	Graduate from a reputed university with Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/ Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) Certificate organized under the National/ State Council of Vocational Training Scheme.

Also, Candidates must have a writing speed of 20 words per minute in Hindi and English both.

Also, B. Candidates must possess working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.

Also, the maximum age limit for the post will be 40 Years (as on 1 January 2024), although age relaxations will be applicable for various category students according to the government norms.

RSSB Informatics Assistant Recruitment 2023: Selection Process

The selection in Informatics Assistant (IA) vacancy of RSSB will be based on a written exam followed by a typing Test and document verification.

RSSB Informatics Assistant Recruitment 2023: Exam Pattern

Part 1: Minimum 40% marks are needed to be eligible for Part 2 of the examination. However, merely scoring 40% marks does not guarantee the selection for Part 2, students need to qualify the cutoff marks too which will be decided by RSSB.

Candidates qualifying the Paper 1 will only be eligible to appear for Part 2 of examination.
