The RSEB JE scheme and syllabus give aspirants clear direction on what to study when preparing for the exam. The technical section focuses on fundamental engineering comcepts associated with the specific discipline - electrical/mechanical/civil engineering. Subjects may range from circuit theory, power systems, fluid mechanics, construction materials, etc., depending on the course being pursued. The general aptitude section mainly includes the reasoning ability, quantitative ability, and general knowledge section that checks the candidate’s problem-solving skills.
