In every two to three years, MPSC recruits Assistant Engineer through a three stage exam: Prelims, Mains and Interview. Students qualifying in Prelims are called for Mains Stage followed by Personal Interview.

Candidates having a regular 4-year degree in respective discipline with a minimum of 60% aggregate can apply for this recruitment.

Maximum age limit is 38 years (General). Although, there are age relaxations to reserved category students according to government norms.

Knowledge of Marathi language is mandatory.

Application fees for MPCL A.En recruitment process is Rs 395 for unreserved categories and Rs 295 for reserved categories.

NOTE: Other state domicile students will be treated as General Category Students.
