Candidates having a 4-year regular B.E./B.Tech in respective discipline with minimum 60% aggregates can apply for the position of Assistant Engineer in Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL).

Also, Student must have Kannada as a subject in his Matriculation or a certification of Kannada language as a proof that he/she can speak, read and write Kannada language.

Also, the age limit of the candidates must be between 18 to 40 years.
