• Paper II: Electrical Measurement and instrumentation, Electronics and communication, power electronics, microprocessor systems and computers, control systems.

Mechanical Engineering

• Paper I: Theory of Machines, Material Science, Machine Design, Manufacturing Processes, Industrial Engineering.
• Paper II: Thermodynamics, Heat transfer, Fluid mechanics, Fluid machines, Environmental engineering, Conversion of energy, power plant engineering.

अनुभाग अ - संधि समास, उपसर्ग, प्रत्यय, पर्यायवाची तथा विलोम शब्द शब्द युग्मों का अर्थ भेद, वाक्यांश के लिए. एक सार्थक शब्द, शब्द शुद्धि वाक्य शुद्धि मुहावरे. लोकोक्तियां, पारिमाषिक शब्दावली।
