About CET
Common Entrance Test (CET) is held for Recruitment to various Departments in many States like Rajasthan, Haryana, Maharashtra and National-level combined competitive Exam. Common Entrance Tests (CET) Exams are administered at the state level and National-level combined competitive Exam. Candidates will now have to appear for one single entrance exam as CET. Its score is used to determine Recruitment to various Departments. Common Entrance Tests (CET) will be held twice a year and the score will be valid for three years. Candidates can give Common Entrance Test every year to improve their scores. The examination notification is made available on the official websites of the respective conducting bodies.
CET candidates will be screened /shortlisted for certain categories of posts in the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Railway Recruitment Board (RRBs), Institute of Banking Personnel (IBPS) and State Government Exams for which the recruitment is carried out through Group-B and C non-technical and non-gazetted posts. On the basis of CET scores, candidates will be considered for the further stages of selection.
