RPSC Programmer Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria
(a) For programmer positions, students must have a B.E/ B.Tech/M.Sc or M.Tech degree in Computer Science (CS) stream Information Technology (IT) stream or Electronics and Communication (EC) stream.

Students must have an MCQ degree from a recognized university.
(OR)
Students must have an MBA in Information Technology (IT) from a recognized university.
(b)Students must have a basic knowledge of Hindi Devnagari script along with knowledge of Rajasthani History, Geography, and culture.

RPSC Programmer Recruitment 2024: Age Limit
Students applying for programmer should have a minimum age limit of 21 years and the maximum age limit for various category candidates is as follows:
(1) For General male candidates along with male candidates of any category of other states: 40
(2) For Male candidates of Scheduled caste, scheduled tribe, backward classes, or more backward classes: 45 Years
(3) For Female candidates of General Category: 45 Years
(4) For female candidates belonging to Scheduled caste, scheduled tribe, backward classes, or more backward classes: 50 Years
(5) For Widows and divorcee women: No upper age limit
Note: Students from various categories belonging to another state will be considered as General category candidates.
RPSC Programmer Recruitment 2024: Important Dates
(a) Age limit and education qualifications shall be calculated as of 1 January 2025.
(b) Eligible students can fill out the application form between 1 February 2024 and 1 March 2024.
(c)In case any student finds that he/she has filled any detail in the application form incorrectly, then he/she can correct it by 10 March 2024 with an additional correction fee of Rs 500.

RPSC Programmer Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
The selection for the position of programmer will be done on the basis of a written offline exam followed by document verification.
RPSC Programmer Recruitment 2024: Exam Pattern
(1) The exam will be conducted in offline format.
(2) The exam will be objective in nature i.e. it will have multiple choice questions (MCQs) consisting of five options viz 1,2,3,4,5 out of which only one option is correct.
(3) There will be two papers of 100 marks each and 120 minutes will be allotted for each paper.
(4) The minimum qualifying percentage for programmers is 40% for General category candidates and 36% for scheduled tribe and scheduled cast candidates.
(5) Each question must have at least one option filled out. If a candidate wishes to not answer the question, then he/she must darken circle ‘5’ to indicate that he/she has willingly left the question.
(6) If no circle is darkened, then one-third marks of the question will be deducted. If more than 10% circles of questions are not answered, then the candidate will be disqualified from the exam.

Candidates who wish to fill out the online application forms can fill the applications form online from 1 February 2024 to 1 March 2024 on www.rpsc.rajaathan.gov.in or login to SSO ID www.sso.rajasthan.gov.in .

Application fees for OBC –NCL, MBC- NCL, SC/ST/EWS is Rs 400 and Rs 600 for all other candidates.
