UIIC AO Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must have a degree (B.E./B.Tech) in their relevant discipline of Engineering from a recognized college or university with an aggregate of 55% marks for SC/ST/PWD and 60 % marks for others.
Also, the maximum age limit for the post will be 30 years as of the last date of filling out application forms (i.e. 31 March 2023), although age relaxations will be applicable for various category students according to the government norms.
UIIC AO Recruitment 2023: Selection Process
The selection of Junior Field Engineer will be on the basis of Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by document verification.
The student will be called in the ratio of 1:5 for personal interview and document verification.
UIIC AO Recruitment 2023: Exam Pattern
The final selection will be on the basis of an Online Test followed by document verification followed by a personal interview.
120 minutes will be allotted to students to attempt 150 questions for 200 marks.
There will be a penalty of one-fourth (1/4th) of the marks assigned to that question for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests.

UIIC AO Recruitment 2023: Probation Period and Bond
Students who are shortlisted for the post will be appointed as Administrative Officers (Scale-1) for a period of one year. During the probation period, the Officers would be required to pass the non-life “Licentiate Examination” conducted by the Insurance Institute of India.
The selected candidates will have to give the undertaking to serve the Company for a minimum period of five years including a probationary period. In the event of their resigning from the company before the completion of the probation period, they will be liable to pay one year’s gross salary in addition to an amount of Rs.35, 000/- towards the partial cost of training.
UIIC AO Recruitment 2023: Salary Structure
Selected candidates will get approximately Rs 88,000 per month in metropolitan cities including gratuity, LTSD, Medical, Insurance, and other allowances.
