Tripura PSC JE Recruitment 2022: Eligibility Criteria
For Junior Engineer, Grade-V (A) Degree Vacancy, a candidate must have at least a Degree in an appropriate branch of engineering from a recognized University or its equivalent academic qualification.
For Junior Engineer, Grade-V (B), Diploma Vacancy, a candidate must have a Diploma in an appropriate branch of engineering or its equivalent academic qualification from a recognized institution.
The age limit for the candidate applying for the Tripura PSC JE vacancy is between 21 years to 40 years as on 26 December 2022. However, there will be age relaxations for reserved category candidates as per the government norms.
Tripura PSC JE Recruitment 2022: Selection Process
The selection process will be based on a Prelims Exam of objective nature followed by a Mains Examination. And the final stage will be an interview cum personality test. It is to be noted that the prelims exam is qualifying in nature i.e. marks obtained in the prelims exam will be considered only for Qualifying for the Mains Examination and therefore marks obtained in the prelims exam will not be considered for the final merit list for selection.

The duration for the General Studies of Mains Exam will be 60 minutes; whereas each paper of Civil Engineering of Mains Exam will be given 3 hours.
The interview cum personality test will be 50 marks.
Tripura PSC JE Recruitment 2022: Application Fee
The application fee for Degree candidates is Rs 350 for General candidates and Rs 250 for SC/ST/EWS/PWD candidates.
The application fee for Diploma candidates is Rs 200 for General candidates and Rs 150 for SC/ST/EWS/PWD candidates.
SC/ST candidates of other states will be considered as General category candidates.
