Qualification required for the post is a B.Tech. or B.E. (full-time course in respective branch with 60% aggregate marks) along with a GATE-2023 scorecard.

OHPC Recruitment 2023: Salary Structure
(a) During the training period, the Graduate Engineer trainees will be provided with a stipend comprising of basic pay of Rs 50,000/-, along with allowances like variable dearness allowance & canteen allowance. besides, bachelor accommodation is also admissible during the training period, as per the company rules.
(b) As Assistant Managers they will be paid with a Pay matrix of Rs. 56,100/- to Rs. 1,77,500/- with Basic Pay of Rs. 56,100/- On successful completion of training, they will be paid Basic Pay, DA, HRA, and other allowances as admissible under OHPC Rules.

(a) Gate score 2023: Depending on the score, candidates will be called for document verification.
(b) Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates are required to present original documents for verification.
(c) Appointment: Once the formalities are completed, candidates are formally appointed to the respective positions at OHPC.
