About GATE 2018 Exam-
Requests for Correction in GATE 2018 Application Form have been started now. GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) is a national level technical entrance exam for admission to PG courses in the field of engineering and technology. Candidates can get admissions into M.Tech./Ph.D. programmes in IITs , IISc, IISERs and other reputed institutions through GATE score. Every year, GATE is organized by the seven zonal IITs and an IISc on rotational basis. This year, GATE exam is conducted by IIT, Guwahati. Apart from granting admission, the score of gate exam is also considered as one of the criteria for recruitment to government and private organizations PSUs working in technical fields. About PSUs-
A state owned enterprise in India is called a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) or Public Sector Enterprise. These companies are owned by the Union Government of India, or one of the many state or Territorial Governments or both.
These are 7 Maharatnas, 17 Navratnas and 73 Miniratnas. These are nearly 300 Central Public Sector Enterprises.
