The engineering discipline accepted should match that of the post applied for. HAL Junior Executive Salary 2026
Selected candidates will be paid in the pay band of E0 (₹30,000 – 8,10,000). The Basic Salary of the candidate will be ₹30,000 per month.
In addition to basic pay, junior executives have applicable benefits provided to them as per the rules of HAL, which include Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) and the cafeteria allowance. The allowance for food in the cafeteria is given at 35% of basic pay.
The engagement will be on a short-term contract basis and will last up to 03 years, subject to the terms and conditions applicable.
