Educational Qualification
The qualification differs based on the job.
- Draughtsman (Science) with relevant Architecture/Draughtsmanship qualification (10+2).
- Hindi Typist: 10+2 with typing speed of Hindi 30 words per minute.
- Store Keeper Technical: 10+2, with knowledge of engineering or vehicle stores.
- Operator Communication: Matriculation with ITI/Army Radio/Wireless qualification.
- Operator Excavating Machinery (OEM): Matriculation, Heavy Motor Vehicle license or relevant machinery license.
- Electrician Job: Matriculation with ITI in Auto Electrician or equivalent qualification.

Physical Standards
The Prescribed Physical Efficiency Test (PET) needs to be qualified by the candidates.

- PET is waived for those who belong to PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, Ex-Agniveers and departmental groups.
