APSPDCL AEE Eligibility Criteria 2026
Educational Qualification
It is required that applicants have a full time BE/B.A degree in the respective field from a University which is recognized by AICTE and UGC.
- Electrical AEE: BE/B.Tech in EE or EE & ECE.
- Civil AEE: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Telecom AEE: BE/B.Tech: Telecommunications, Electronics or Electronics & Communications Engineering.
Age Limit (As on 1 July 2026)
- General (OC/EWS): 18 to 42 Years
- SC/ST/BC: Up to 47 Years
- PwBD: Up to 52 Years
Age relaxation of 5 years is given for SC/ST/BC and 10 years is given for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities as per rules of AP Government.
APSPDCL AEE Selection Process 2026
Selection process is a one-stage Computer Based Test and verification of documents.
The recruitment phases are:

APSPDCL AEE Exam Pattern 2026
The examination will be conducted as Computer Based Test (CBT) for 3 hours. There is no negative marking, therefore the student can try to work out a question without fear of being penalised for incorrect answers. For the examination, 70% weightage is given to technical subjects and 30% to non-technical subjects.

APSPDCL AEE Salary 2026
Selected candidates will go through a probation period for a period of two years, where they will get consolidated salary of ₹75,000/- per month. Once candidates pass the probation, they will be on the pay scale of RPS-2022, which is ₹86245 to ₹208915 with applicable increments and allowances.
