IIT BHU Non-Teaching Recruitment 2026 Eligibility

  • Junior Superintendent

The candidates should have passed B. Tech with at least 55% marks with government experience or 2 to 3 years of experience in autonomous bodies, PSUs, and research organizations in any discipline. Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint or similar programs is also necessary.

  • Junior Technician

Requires educational qualification depending on the group and discipline concerned. A bachelor’s Degree in Science or engineering or a three-year diploma in the relevant discipline with the required experience is required for the various posts.

  • Junior Engineer

Eligibility for the candidates is a B.E./B.Tech. (Civil Engineering) with 55% marks and adequate experience. Alternatively, a Diploma in Civil Engineering (with marks and post-qualification) may be considered.

  • Assistant Engineer

Assistant Engineer will be eligible for candidates with a Degree or Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering and relevant years’ experience after qualification.

  • Junior Library Assistant

Candidates should have Library and Information Science qualification as per prescribed and should also have the prescribed academic qualifications.

  • Junior Translation Officer

Applicants should have the required qualification in Hindi with translation background (English to Hindi and Hindi to English).
