Eligibility criteria for WBSSC JE

As per the official notification released by the WBSSC, the minimum age to apply for the examination is 18 years and the maximum age limit to apply is 27 years for most of the posts. Educational Qualification

(i) Diploma in Civil or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from the State Council for Engineering and Technical Education, West Bengal or its equivalent (decided by the Commission).
(ii) Ability to read, write and speak in Bengali (except for those candidates whose mother tongue is Nepali)

WBSSC JE Salary
