Based on the performance of candidates in both paper 1 and paper 2, the SSC JE 2025 Final Result has been prepared, and also based on the option-cum-preference submitted during the preference window. The Commission evaluated all the objections and used the final key to assess Paper II. The scores of Papers I and II (Mechanical & Electrical) have been normalized to ensure fairness.

SSC JE 2025 Sliding Mechanism
The SSC JE 2025 final result has been released along with the introduction of the sliding mechanism to maximize the utilization of available vacancies. Provisionally selected candidates will have to go through the following process:
- Through SSC, choose your preferred venue, date, and slot from 12 July (5:00 PM) to 14 July (5:00 PM), 2026.
- Participate in Identity Verification (IV) from 20-21 July 2026.
- Use the FIX or FLOAT option during the allocation process.
Candidates not taking part in the identity verification and/or the sliding process will not be granted further allocation.
